SUMMARY

This study explored the wellbeing of Malaysian mothers with preterm and full-term infants using the WHOQOL-BREF tool. Findings showed that lower gestational age, lower education level, and emergency C-sections were linked to lower quality of life, with education having the strongest effect. The results suggest that mothers of preterm babies and those with less education may need additional support.
